Wsgid 0.5.0 released

Hello all,
Wsgid 0.5.0 is released. This new version brings an important new
feature: The possibility to handle big POST requests, using mongrel2
async upload mechanism.
If anyone could try it out, it would be awesome. You can report any
feedback here one the list or open an issue on github.
