Pypa and wheel people:

FYI.. just pushed my qwcode/pip/wheel_install branch up to pypa/pip/wheel

https://github.com/pypa/pip/tree/wheel

Since getting wheel suppport into pip is more real now, easier/better this
way I think.

We should change any references in docs to this location for people to make
pulls against.

later, I will migrate the issues I collected and give them a "wheel" tag in
the pip issue lists.
