I installed the Veggies iPhone app. When I open it and tap the cover
screen, all I get is a blank white screen with "Veggies" at the top. I
waited for several minutes thinking it might be loading data, but nothing
changed.Can you help?

Thanks,

Phil

The first time you start veggies it has to download all data and images.
Make sure you've got a working internet connection. If the download fails,
you might might to try to delete the app and install again. After install
immediately open the app, so you are sure your internet connection is
working properly.

Kind regards,

Thanks, Lars. I do have a working Internet connection. I probably did not
give it sufficient time to download. I'll try again. I appreciate your
help.

Please let me know how it worked out. The white screen indicates the
initial data was not loaded, which should actually load really quick in
under 3 seconds!

I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and everything is fine. I'll put it to
use soon as I prepare meals.

Thanks
