I've converted the contents of the mailing list to a format suitable for 
e-readers (.epub and .kindle).

The full source for building the formats from the .mbox file is available 
on github (https://github.com/jstorimer/usp.ruby-ereader). If you've got 
suggestions for how it can be improved or want to contribute please do!
