I need a form where all the members are presented with a new and edit
button.
So far no problem I think.

But what I need is that you can select a name , press edit and you see a
form where you can edit the data of that person.

Can I do this with Shoes and if so , how can I do this ?

I'd do this by either using the new window or url approach in shoes. It
depends whether you want the form displayed in a separate window or not.

It's quite straightforward, here is an example:

button "<your_button_title>", margin: 10 do
window title: "<your_window_title>", width: 600, height: 800 do
background lightsteelblue
         <your code>
     end
end
