Shoes site: Now on GitHub Pages

Hey everyone,

Due to the fact that our site is all static, there's no real reason to
have it running on heroku, I've since moved http://shoesrb.com to just
be GitHub pages. The shoes/shoesrb.com repo now has gh-pages as its
main branch.

Yay simpler everything!

Ah, awesome. I was just asking on IRC why the site was down...

Heroku had been having this weird issue where it wouldn't spin up a
web worker, so after deploying, it'd go down. :(

This seemed like too much work to bother, so after filing an issue and
not hearing back from them all afternoon, I just decided to go ahead
and do it.

Oh, I did introduce a new bug, if anyone wants to take a crack at it:
The 'home' is always highlighted, no matter what page you're on.

That's not a bug. It's a beacon!

Good mvoe Steve, I always wondered why it wasn't on gh-pages :-)

Plus, for the ML only people, our downloads are broken now:
https://github.com/shoes/shoesrb.com/issues/27 :-/

I'll open a bug for the higliting and depending on how far I get today
with work maybe fix it today.

Cheers,
Tobi
