stability on windows

I am having issues on Windows with 1134 (raisin). I am just trying to
learn it and do a few stupid things but it traps (dr. watson) at seemingly
random times. Are there any patches of discussions? I'm glad to submit
traces etc. but I want to know I am not just doing something stupid. It
seemed stable at first but I can't figure out what I did to start getting
these issues (MS update did run -- could I be finding a new bug?). Is
there one of the samples or another app that is known to be solid and
could test my install? Thanks,

Ken
BTW, good work!

In the install dir for Shoes, there should be a dir called 'samples'. It has
a bunch of Shoes apps you can try out. I think the install dir is (by
default) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Shoes\0.r1134 but I may be wrong.

I vaguely recall that when I was running windows I found shoes throws
a dr watson if you have an event handler with the wrong number of
params.

Hi Ken,

Shoes does nothing except expanding install files.
So, I guess your install has no problem if it can be launched.

But Shoes is not so stable, has many bugs, i.e. memory leak or something.
Therefore you'll meet some traps. ;-)

Oh, thanks!
If you have time, please check sample apps and let us know your findings.
They are installed under the directory:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Shoes\0.r1134\samples
