Shoes Wiki

We need to update the wiki to an extent, there's been a lot of trouble with
new people lately not being able to find the specific information they need.
I would say the wiki is not the most organized or up to date place.

The good news is that it's pretty easily fixed, and if we all do our part it
shouldn't take long either.

I would like to start up discussion here and get everyones ideas for how the
wiki could be better organized. Then we can decide on the best way to tackle
the reorganization and decide who can help write what.

Thanks!

One nice thing is that the wiki is git-based now, so I plan on cloning a
copy down before taking any sort of action on this.

Always the one to try to do something and then talk about it after... I did
some reorganizing. Check it out.

Most of the stuff I took down I'll be putting back up on the website soon. A
much better place for archiving content, anyway.

If you'd like to look at any of that in the meantime, you can clone the wiki
with

$ git clone git@github.com:shoes/shoes.wiki.git

And rollback to before I did anything with

$ git checkout
d7ca8e3<https://github.com/shoes/shoes/wiki/Home/d7ca8e3d77c8694c363d3be890671d4e4f838da2>

Thoughts? I mostly just reworded the front page, and kept the relevant
articles to actually doing stuff with Shoes.

Hi Steve,

I'm now reading Shoes Wiki on GitHub. Awesome!
Thank you for the renewal. It's cool!
