Rice wrapper for LLVM

Rice wrapper for LLVM

Hello,
I was wondering if someone managed to wrap LLVM around Rice?
I know there is llvm-ruby which provides a FFI interface to it, but it
depends on a shared library, which is not present under Windows, only
the static version.
Thank you.--

I remember someone way back saying they were trying to use Rice to
wrap LLVM, but I don't remember who or how far that project went. I do
see that there's both an llvmruby
(https://github.com/tombagby/llvmruby) and an llvm-ruby
(https://github.com/nanki/llvm-ruby) neither of which seem to be ready
for use or for that matter current.
