Setting `relaxdtmf=no`.
In my previous commit, I had wrongly interpreted the (poorly documented)
`relaxdtmf` option of `sip.conf`. Apparently, if you want Asterisk to *not*
detect human voices as DTMF (eg: loosen DTMF detection), then you must set
`relaxdtmf=no`.
