PEPs are a great thing. They're an awesome knowledge base and a great way to
follow the language's History.
What worries me about that kind of systems is that managing these must be
very time-consuming. And it can't really be a community effort, because
someone has to centralize that at some point, and the decisions can't be
efficiently taken many people.
As Photon's *father* that's something you will have to manage and follow
closely, especially now that the framework is really young. So I think it's
up to you to decide wether or not to start such a thing. All I can say is
it's a great way to track proposals :)
