Funny, we were just talking about this today after the meeting.

Check out the following release about the support for PayPal integration 
into your android apps.

Billing is taken care of, just need to get a licensing scheme going.

This is interesting but was always an option through a webview.  Pretty 
sure it's in violation of the market agreement.   Unless you use it for 
extra charges like ordering pizzas etc.

There was something on the developer mailing list about a samsung 
market.   If it comes preinstalled on enough devices it may prove to be 
a viable option.
