I'm involved in Random Hacks of Kindness (for the World Bank). RHoK has put
together quite a few good resources on the site for people thinking of
doing an event.

There are a few wikis and some other guides concerning items such as rules.

Yes, totally, we want to at least find out what they have going on, and
look at potential to collaborate!
