"Do you think that it is time for the government to exercise its right
of claiming its share from the profits of these industries by creating
a sound structure of taxation of natural resources?"

i don't know for sure, but i think so. moreover, in my opinion,
overdue taxation should be paid too, and at least in part, all these
fonds should be addressed to recycling investigation and heavy
industry conversion

maybe it's time to start discussing the issue
