Update and Rebuild to avoid crashing

Hey,

Found a stupid buffer overflow in the Unixy_getcwd function.  It was
just lazy coding and nothing dangerous during running, but fossil up and
rebuild.  Especially if you're getting tests/unixy_tests blowing up.
