Matt,

How did you use to version MailCore?
Or do you always work with top-of-tree?

It looks like AFNetworking applies some tags.
I think I should also apply some tag to libetpan so MailCore2 build won't 
pick a too recent and buggy version of it.

I agree we should tag it and use a tagged version of libetpan as well.

Once we have Cocoapods setup it will need to use tagged version (which I 
why I made that 0.0.1 tag, for testing)

What I do in MailCore1 is a bad example and I should have tags :)
