I couldn't find "linuxmint" listed in the archives section of the
librelist site (and couldn't get rsync to work). Does this list even exist?

Hi Bill,

through your first post the archive on librelist was initiated.

See http://librelist.com/browser/linuxmint/

Welcome on the list. Hopefully it will be used frequently!

Kind regards,

Robert

Well, you're right. But what else can be done to offer it the community?

http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=152&t=73603

It's odd that there is no active mailing list so far and the only more
or less reliable feature is the community board.

Any ideas how to make the mailing list more public among the users?

Give it time, I suppose. If it meets a need, people will use it.
