Detecting which version of libgit2 is installed

Howdy,

What is the proper way to detect which version of libgit2 is installed?

As a libgit2 library writer [0], I want to detect a certain minimum
version of libgit2 when my bindings are compiled.

Thanks!

Duke

Howdy,

Thanks!

Looks like git2/version.h is only on the development branch and is not
in the latest release (0.15.0).
