SSL connectivity and 2.4.3

Greetings, folks.

I'm delighted to find that the Central repository has announced the
availability of HTTPS connectivity:

  http://central.sonatype.org/articles/2014/Aug/03/https-support-launching-now/

I'll be pushing out a new Leiningen release in a day or two since it's
really important to get this out to users. Of course, you'll still be
able to use HTTPS for older versions of Leiningen with some config,
which is recommended:

  http://central.sonatype.org/pages/consumers.html#leiningen

Are there any open issues or changes we should push for inclusion into
the upcoming version? I would like to allow disabling of implicit
hooks/middleware via a config flag for security and possibly add an
extension point to make dependency checksum auditing easier to implement
in a plugin, but I don't have any other plans. Most of the changes since
2.4.2 have been bug fixes.
