Any way to specify dependencies for a project-specific plugin?

Hi - we have some simple tasks in our project that currently are run via an
alias using "run -m ..."
I'm looking to move some of these into a project-specific plugin by setting
up a .lein-classpath etc. However, I've hit a snag - the task depends on
the fs utilities, and as this isn't a "real" plugin, it has no way to
specify that it depends on fs, as far as I can tell.
Is there some way to do this? Or should I give up and stick to aliasing?
