ANN: Windows installer

I've put together an installer for Leiningen on Windows:
Hopefully it should make it a bit easier for Windows people to get
Leiningen and a Clojure repl up and running.
It requires a JDK to be installed first, but other than that there aren't
It should work on Windows XP and above, 32-bit or 64-bit. With or without
The strategy is to download the lein.bat from Leiningen stable and go from
there. This means that there isn't anything to keep in sync with the
Leiningen release cycle.
I hope this is reasonable, as people are unlikely to find lein very
functional without an internet connection for the Maven dependencies anyway.
The installer should take the hassle out of setting up paths and
environment variables, and changing them when new JDKs are installed. (JDK
on Windows doesn't install onto the PATH, so the installer enumerates the
JDKs from the registry and lets the user select one). It also modifies
profiles.clj using sjacket so that the selected JDK is used as the default
