Thank you very much for your great work.
Since you don't have a comments section, I thought this
is the right place to put those.

I've been trying to provide feedback on the C book as I slowly
progress through it

SQL: Don't some SQL implementations (PostgreSQL? Oracle?) have
tree structures?

Regex: Maybe a language where Regex is first class citizen
would be better suited?

Other books: I've been wondering for some time now how to sensibly
present Unix (based on FreeBSD, as this has actual documentation),
but have only been able to come up with some ~12 chapter titles.

Meta: Rich Bowen carrier of the Documentation banner at the
Apache Web Server for some time now has started the Write a better FM
initiative some time ago:

Unfortunately, due to other project, his talk on the topic is
currently the "only" outcome so far:

Finally: http://learncodethehardway.org/blog/OCT_11_2011.html has
"images/top.png" -- which yields 404. It should be "/images/top.png"
