What version of lamson are you running? Is it 1.0pre1? Try doing:
lamson version
If it says you don't have that command, then you'll want to upgrade to
1.0pre1.
Once you got that let me know, and I should have a little sample for
you.
Oh, and turn off the HTML mail. It comes through as garbage to most
mail clients.
