Proposed change to CommitCommand

We'd like to change the behavior of CommitCommand. Currently there are
2 versions of execute: execute() and execute(String.. files). The
former commits all dirty files the latter commits only the array of
files passed in. The change we'd like to make is have the latter
commit no files if an empty array is passed in. Currently if no files
are passed in it acts like the no argument version.
This is useful for amending a commit without adding files to it
(without having to work around it by adding an exclude call
Let me know if anyone has any objections.
