Linux User Group May 30th workshop

Hi All,

I have done some ground work for our upcoming workshop on May 30th.

There is a change in our initial decision on selecting the mail server
software.

Configuring EXIM4 and other related software require good linux knowledge
and this may be un-attractive for participants.

I am planning to conduct the workshop Nethserver, it has a easy web based
administration control panel and common administration tasks do not require
any linux command line knowledge. Nthserver mta is based on postfix and it
comes with all necessary tools require for effective mail server.

It is based on centos and highly stable. The product's main feature is a
modular design which makes it simple to turn the distribution into a mail
server and filter, web server, groupware, firewall, web filter, IPS/IDS or
VPN server. It also includes a comprehensive web-based user interface that
simplifies common administration tasks and enables single-click
installation of several pre-configured modules.

NethServer is designed primarily for small offices and medium-size
enterprises.

Mail server

Reliable mail server based on Postfix (SMTP), Dovecot (IMAP/POP3) with
antivirus and antispam filter (Amavis). Multi-domain, quota support, queue
management, smart host. Fast web mail client (Roundcube).

------------

I have attached some screen shots from my testing installation, Please let
me know your thoughts.

Cool. It would be better if we have a web presence mentioning the details
and agenda etc. Something like eventbrite or meetup etc to RSVP.
