FYI - core build moved back to cucumber

I killed the big AMI slave because it was just not financially worthwhile -
it'd end up costing a couple bucks a day. But the core build slowed to a
crawl and never finished when run on a smaller slave, so I moved it back to
cucumber. rtyler's not comfortable with having it building there, but I'm
less comfortable with paying for it on the big slave. =) I think the ideal
would be if there was a dedicated non-cloud machine we could use as the core
build slave - anyone got one lying around? =)
