Update build machine concerns

After sending out a request on the dev@ list and on the @hudsonci twitter
account, we have a couple of folks offering to help build hudson-on-hudson.

 * LewisHam: Has a machine in his lab "Eisbox" which once participated in
   redsolo's hudson instance
 * Dr. Nic (from the meetup at @Digg) may be able to offer up some Engine Yard
   resources
 * Ryan Campbell will be discussing with his boss at CloudBees offering up some
EC2 resources, potentially EBS backed to avoid the whole "download world"
   maven issue
 * @DavidStrauss asked "How big of one do you need?"

There have also been some replies on the dev@ list, my personal preference
would be to get some folks on board with building both hudson-on-hudson but
plugins as well so we can expand support for building and testing more plugins.

Thoughts?
