problem installing postgresql

Hi. I installed xcode and then homebrew, after which I did "brew install
postgresql" but got this message. Can someone help? uninstalling and
installing postgresql using brew didn't work either.

air ~/code: brew install postgresql

--mandir=/usr/local/Cellar/readline/6.1/share/man
--infodir=/usr/local/Cellar/readline/6.1/s
==> make install
==> Caveats
This formula is keg-only, so it is not symlinked into Homebrew's prefix.
The formula provides the following rationale:

OS X provides the BSD Readline library. In order to prevent conflicts when
programs look for libreadline we are defaulting this GNU Readline
installation
to keg-only.

Generally there are no consequences of this for you, however if you build
your own software and it requires this formula, you may want to run this
command to link it into the Homebrew prefix:
    $ brew link readline
==> Summary

Looks like we need a new mirror for ossp-uuid.

I believe the official ftp site of ossp-uuid is just temporarily down.
In the mean time, you can simply use

$ curl
http://aarnet.au.distfiles.macports.org/pub/macports/mpdistfiles/ossp-uuid/uuid-1.6.2.tar.gz
-o $HOME/Library/Caches/Homebrew/ossp-uuid-1.6.2.tar.gz

and then

$ brew install postgresql
