Plans for tomorrow

Hey everybody-

Okay, tomorrow is Whyday! Exciting!

I don't think I feel comfortable releasing an official 1.0 tomorrow.
We gave it a valiant effort, but there's still too many little loose
ends for me to feel comfortable doing that. I do want to put out what
we have, though, and call it '1.0-pre.' My main concerns are a lack of
lessons, and general stability issues. I want 1.0 to be polished, and
we're still a bit rough.

Nothing the matter with this! We didn't initially plan to be ready by
Whyday anyway, and we're certainly close...

Anyway, so there's a few things that need to be done to prepare:

1. New site migration: this is basically good to go, I just need to
add the rss feed, update feedburner, and then git push heroku.
2. Builds: ashbb will make windows builds of everything, I'll make OSX
builds, fela, will you make a Linux build? I'll also package up a .shy
for people with their own Shoes-es.
3. Promotion: linking, tweeting, submitting, etc.

Are there any other concerns/things we need to do? Thanks to everyone
for all the work you've put in, especially Fela... I'm excited and
proud for tomorrow!

'1.0-pre' is a good idea, I agree.

I'll build hacketyhack-1.0-pre.exe.
So, when HH is ready, let me know.

One question:
- Which is better to use shoes3.exe or shoes3-novideo.exe to build
hacketyhack-1.0-pre.exe ?

I'd say go with novideo.exe. I'd rather have it be the same on all platforms.

Let's wait to build Hackety Hack 1.0-pre until Fela is ready. I'll
package up a .shy in the meantime, and in the morning, people can use
Shoes + the .shy.

I'm finishing writing the "Hackety Hack" lesson set and adding a new lesson I 
would it like to be included, I should be able to finished by tomorrow 
morning, that I've to look and see if there are major places that need 
polishing. I would say to wait until tomorrow afternoon (european time) if you 
can.
