I don't think there is a way to download a pdf form the official page.
There is however a way for you to compile the pdf yourself. The docs are
built with Sphinx and looking here http://sphinx-doc.org/, I can see
LaTeX listed in the output formats. The flask docs Makefile (available
contains a latexpdf target. Sphinx is required to be installed for this.
Also, using a virtualenv is advised. I was able to compile a pdf copy
using the following commands (on a Linux distro)
git clone https://github.com/mitsuhiko/flask.git
pip install sphinx
python setup.py develop
Note that I had the entire arch texlive-most package group installed.
