Problem with Integrating Flask with Google Plus Oauth

Hello Flask Developers
I am a beginner in Python Flask and I am stuck in some problem could you
please let me know what is the best Oauth library I should use for Google
plus sign in in Flask. I am with github code snipped but I get error at the
snippet
