error: Target WSGI script not found or unable to stat

Hello,

I wrote an flask app and tried deploying it to successfully on localhost.
Now i'm moving it to Ubuntu Cloud Server.

While trying to access it using beta.mydomain.com its shows 404 apache
error and on checking log it says:

Target WSGI script not found or unable to stat: var/www/
beta.mydomain.com/mydomain.wsgi$

I don't know why its happening.

I tried following this article:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-deploy-a-flask-application-on-an-ubuntu-vps

and changed permission to:

 sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www//beta.mydomain.com/mydomaindir

Additionally, it is important to make sure that everyone will be able to
read our new files.
 sudo chmod -R 755 /var/www

But still i'm getting this silly error...

please suggest.

Regards

Target WSGI script not found or unable to stat: var/www/
beta.mydomain.com/mydomain.wsgi$

are you missing the initial forward slash?
