Custom Domains With Flask

I want to build an app with Flask that allows users to register and choose
an arbitrary, custom domain, such as mydomain.example.com and
photos.example.com.

How should I handle the routing of these custom domains in Flask?

How well does this solution scale? Are there memory implication if
thousands of users log in at the same time, given that it creates a Flask
application for each user?
