Did you guys check web framework benchmarks on techempower.com?

Here the benchmarks:

At first glance, I suspect that the guy run Flask app with app.run().
But it's not.

I'm so depressed this miserable result.

How's your thoughts?

They're not using the async db drivers. I use psycogreen with gevent and
gunicorn. There I can handle 110/sec per Heroku dyno with rendering of
Jinja templates. That's all I'm going to need for a long time until server
costs outpace development costs.
