First posting here -three problems

I've just this morning installed org-trello from MELPA and
configured it. But when I sync to my trello account, it throws up
three major problems -

1 - Even though I have synced from trello->org-trello it only shows
the headings of the original cards, and not the check-boxes or
comments. So how do I get them showing in my org-trello buffer
    please?
2 - When I put a test card in place with several layers of
check-boxes it only sync the second level and not the first. So
how do I get the first level syncing please?
3 - The new check-boxes that I've synced only show in trello as
being ticked, meaning 'closed', whereas in org-trello they are
showing as unticked, meaning 'open'. So how do I get it working
    properly please?

Thanks
Sharon.

Can you provide the following information -
http://org-trello.github.io/contributions.html#issues - please?

As you guessed, It should already be appearing.

I'm not sure I understood.

The first level checkboxes should transpose as checklists and the second
level checkboxes as items in trello.

And there is an indentation which is done to discriminate those 2 levels.

It could be either a bad install or another minor mode which conflicts with
org-trello

Can you please provide some sample of what you mean to be certain I
understood right?

I believe we need to understand and solve at least the first problems
before going further.
This behavior (I'm still not sure I understand) could be side-effect...
