Problems with UI when using converse.min.js

Problems with UI when using converse.min.js

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with rendering chat client labels when using
converse.min.js code and I was wondering if anybody else encountered the
same issue.

I got the build environment set up and everything displays properly when I
run full versions of js and css. However, if I use the minified version
(converse.min.js) from the builds directory I end up with a view that
instead of the label text displays the name of the field from the UI
template (For example, instead of "Sign in" I see "{{label_sign_in}}")

I tried the converse.min.js from the current Git repository and it has the
same issue. However, when I copied the minified js from the conversejs.org
web site (https://conversejs.org/builds/converse.min.js) I got the client
render properly.

Is there something obvious that I am missing?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Andrei

"label_sign_in" is the i18n message id. So your problem is with the translation
machinery.

I guess you mean from the master branch? The master branch is currently under
development and not in a production ready state.

Use the converse.min.js from the 0.7.4 tag. That should be working.

Thanks, JC! It worked like a charm.
