Make translation

Hi,

I want to complete the french translation.

I notice that modifying fr/LC_MESSAGES/fr.js do the trick for me but in
order to provide it to the others I read the development note about it.
Is there a simpler way than install all theses development tools? (Cause
I'm on Windows and have allready experimented that development of converse
on Windows isn't a good idea)
Can I just modify the .po file and push it to git ? (and retreive after
the fr.js that you would have done from my .po file)

Sincerly,
Guillaume.

Yes, just make a pull request on Github of your updated .po file and I'll do
the rest.

I've seen some "#, fuzzy" tags.
Given that I don't know the po files structure, I've done some research.
It's seems that it's unverified translations but can you confirm that?
Cause for the most of the fuzzy-taged translations seem to be wrong but I
don't want to make some mistakes missing some knowledge about po file and
fuzzy tags.

and fuzzy tags.

Fuzzy tags are a common source of confusion. They usually happen when a string,
which already has a translation, itself changes

It's then unclear whether the translation for that changed string is still
valid or not, and the translation is therefore marked fuzzy.

Translations marked as fuzzy are usually ignored (at least in python i18n, not
sure about Javascript, they might be included in this case), because it's
unclear whether they are still valid.

Therefore, you can correct all the fuzzy strings and please remove the fuzzy
marker from all of them.

If a string is marked as fuzzy but is correct, then just remove the fuzzy
marker.

Thanks
