three projects this past weekend as a beginner

This past weekend I started the following projects:
1. Mother of mesophilic culture. This went well, and I have plenty of
culture to use. Probably about 20 batches of cheese now.
2. Fresh goat cheese. I used 1/2 gal fresh goat's milk and 1/2 gal fresh
cow's milk. It turned out great and is very similar to cream cheese.
3. Yogurt. I used 3 Tbsp a greek yogurt as the culture. Yielded 2 qts.
I ended up with lots of whey. Maybe 1 gallon or more. Making some
nutrition shakes so far and am contemplating making a whey ricotta.
