Thanks. Of course our SICP discussions had a very large impact
on me as a Scheme/FP programmer. I wish we could have continued
it.



At the moment, I am looking at all the historic publications I
can find on CPS, right from Steele's RABBIT compiler, which
introduced the term "continuation passing style". My goal and
hope is that at least some people will go back home with good
working ideas on CPS and see how beautiful Scheme is, after the
talk.

I would also request you to spend more time discussing generators and if 
you like, link it to what JavaScript does in ES6 -

Sure, I can talk about implementing generators using cps and show some
code using Scheme macros to implement the `yield' operator.
