Atreus lacquered case build

Atreus lacquered case build

Hello,

I've finally built my Atreus. Instead of the included instructions I
followed the lacquered case build[1], and I'm quite happy with the
results. It turned out rather well[2] using spray lacquer. The
half-hour drying time of the spray lacquer meant I was able to get it
done in a day. I did swap out the red switches for some extra clears I
had around from another keyboard build, and remapped the control key
to right control---I've got left control remapped to caps lock, and
this just makes it easier to plug in and go. The keyboard will take
some getting used to (I normally use a tented Ergodox), but the typing
feels natural so far (I managed to type out this message on it, even).
What a beautiful keyboard!

Cheers,
Kyle

Cool; that looks really sharp. Nice work.
