Hi guys!
I am just introducing myself to the list, my name is Joseph Glanville
and I am a cloud enthusiast and JavaScript developer.
I have been writing JavaScript for numerous purposes and platforms
over the last 4 years or so, dabbling in jQuery, node.js and JScript.
My current venture is a cloud computing startup called OrionVM which
is seeking to develop the next generation High Performance Computing
(HPC) cloud Infastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform for
enterprise,research and industry use.
While I am here I would to extend my call for speakers or expressions
of interests for the Australian Cloud Forum I am working on getting up
and running.
We are aiming to have the event occur monthly beginning in
approximately March, with a semi-formalized layout of 1-2 speakers,
Q&A + time to mingle etc. I have secured speakers for the first event
but there is going to be many more in the months following.
More details are to follow, I have registered the domain
auscloudforum.org and expect to have it up and running shortly.
