The announcement of a neural network has bubbled through the twitter stream.

Just another way in which JavaScript is breaking away from being a "toy"
language.

And it reads sensibly, which is amazing if you consider the number of
similar projects on different languages that have an insane API.

Whenever a Java developer tells me X is a toy language (they're the
only ones, along with C++ devs, who do that), I remind them that a
language only helps you lay down the logical constructs to build a
program. Which means that, assuming Turing completeness, you're only
limited by the implementation.
