New Ruby Connector

Hi,
I wrote a Mongrel2 Ruby connector for myself, as the other two variously
were incomplete, made assumptions about what framework I wanted to use,
required me to use JRuby, have seemingly fallen into disuse, etc.

It's still pretty new, so feel free to point out errors, make
