status update for mongrel2+uWSGI

Hi everyone,
i have just closed the last bug (related to sendfile() ) for
uWSGI+mongrel2 integration.
Currently all of the core features are supported in WSGI, Rack and PSGI plugins.
Lua plugin is unsupported as it must be still ported to the new API.
Tnetstring support is working as zmq logging. Streamed-upload works too.
The only real piece missing is async/coroutine support, we have an
almost-working patch for async
but we are still far from having a working coroutine implementation (none
of uGreen, greenlet/stackless and ruby-fiber works)

As a side note (still lack of documentation for this part), latest uWSGI
releases support configurations stored in sqlite db, so you can easily mix
them with mongrel2 config ;)
