Configuration Reload Refactoring Committed: NEEDS TESTING

Hello everyone,
I just pushed a major refactoring of the configuration loading code
which cleans it up *tremendously*, and primes it for allowing you to
write your own configuration loading modules which will let you
configure mongrel2 from anything.
I've tested it with all the usual unit tests, valgrind, thrashing
scripts I've got, but I need more people to thrash it and report back.
Currently, it'll start/stop reliably and load configs from a sqlite3 DB
just like before.
Reloading, however, probably will not work reliably yet. I still have
to fix that up later today.
So, please break it and report back, I'll be in IRC all day.
