1.6 Release Pending

I'm probably going to be able to get a 1.6 out sometime tonight now that
I fixed that last bug Matt had with reloads. I still have to update
some parts of the manual, but it's converted and updated enough for a
release.
For 1.6, I'd like to remove to features so that we can have a clean
slate for redoing them in 1.7:
* The minimal websocket code we have.
* The SSL code we have.
Is anyone actively using these two and will they freak if they're gone
for one release? Hopefully we'll have them back stronger than ever
really quick in the next release.
