2.1.7 is out.
Any word if it's still got some kind of catastrophe raging inside?
Checking the release notes, I assume you were talking about issue 206?

I tried it out today on OS X and CentOS and everything seemed golden. They
just got a little over-aggressive with their asserts from the looks of
it--no idea how 2.1.6 ever passed their own tests because it flat out did
not work at all.
