Sorry about that, I thought OSX was a modern operating system with
convenient functions like strndup, but apparently they consider GNU's
libc to be a competitor or something.
ANYWAY, if you fossil up then it should work as advertised. You'll get
the new build, it'll build on OSX, and no more python needed.
On another note, this is new so the manual does not cover this stuff
yet. I'll be updating that tonight.
