1.0beta7 Out, access logs

We've got 1.0beta7 out for you to grab and use:

http://mongrel2.org/home#download

This one has a bug in the proxying fixed that caused
it to fail on redirects, and also features an access.log
that works.  Probably not the best format but it should
report most of what you need.

Grab them and let me know if it works.  So far, we've
got 2 bugs left so the 1.0 release is gonna happen.

Then we'll just clean it up and release 1.0.1 right
after that just like Rails! :-)
