Section 4.4 of the manual states that you should change chat_demo_dir to 'static/chatdemo' (no slash at the end). I have just upgraded to the recent version, reinstalled everything, tried to run it and got an error: ERROR (src/dir.c:183: errno: No such file or directory) End directory base with / in static/chatdemo or it won't work right. So, I tacked on a slash at the end and it worked out perfectly. -- Good luck, Pasha Bastov
